EULA - End User License Agreement

The software MatheAss is under the Copyright law of the Federal Republic of Germany, and European and international copyright treaties. All rights reserved.

All copies of MatheAss remain the property of the author Bernd Schultheiss, D-69168 Wiesloch. Modification, reverse engineering, recompilation or disassembling is prohibited.

Shareware Version
The shareware version of MatheAss can be downloaded at any time from the author's homepage www.matheass.eu and may be freely copied and passed on. The shareware version of the software can be recognized by a message after starting the program.

Registered full version
After paying the registration fee you will receive a registration key that you can leave the shareware notice.

School License
Owner of a school license receive a registration key which allows installing MatheAss on all computers within the school and registering them.

Extended School License
Owner of an extended school license will receive a special registration key that may also be given to the students.

Entering the registration key changes the shareware version into the registered version. Conversely, deleting the file MA82.KEY changes the registered version back into the shareware version.

The registration key must not be passed to any third party. The same applies to the file MA82.KEY, which must first be deleted before the software is given away.
